weight loss

Well my dietician consult went well we discussed what my post op meals at the hospital will be like and how I will need to structure my post op at home. I also weighed myself today and I am down to 357 that is 7 lbs Ive lost since September 1, 2003.This brings my BMI down to 65.3 This also makes for a total of 38 lbs lost since OCtober 2002.
